Every new-construction home wired by Fogle & Sons Electric is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty that starts the day you close on your home. If electrical work we installed during your build has a workmanship issue inside that 12-month window, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Manufacturer warranties — typically 5–25 years — apply separately to the equipment we install (panels, breakers, fixtures). Registering puts your home's wiring history on file with us so future calls are faster.

Damage from misuse, modifications made by other electricians after we finished the build, lightning strikes, flooding, or normal wear-and-tear on consumable parts (light bulbs, smoke detector batteries). Manufacturer warranties cover the equipment itself.
It depends on the part. Electrical panels and breakers typically carry 5–10 year manufacturer warranties. EV chargers run 3–5 years. Whole-home generators are usually 5 years. We'll point you to the right registration for any equipment we installed.
Once you've registered, you qualify for a one-time complimentary safety inspection during your warranty year: breaker panel review, surge protection check, smoke and CO detector test, and GFCI/AFCI verification. It takes about an hour and you get a written report.
